Meet Our Board Member

Chris Wahlig

Chris was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from St. Ambrose University with a degree in Accounting and is a CPA. Chris was a partner with the accounting firm McGladrey, Hansen, Dunn & Company (now RSM). He later joined Lee Enterprises, Incorporated and served as Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. After retirement from Lee, Chris provided business analysis and planning for companies in the retail, software, newspaper and printing industries.

Chris served as a director of Genesis Health System, as well as the Genesis Accountable Care Organization and Misericordia Assurance Company. His other community involvement includes the Quad Cities Community Foundation where he served as Treasurer and member of the executive and investment committees; Adler Theater Foundation where he served as President; and Rejuvenate Davenport where he served as Treasurer.

Chris and his wife, Lisa, reside in Davenport.
