Meet Our Board Member

Claire Motto Steil

Claire Motto Steil, MNA, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS, is a native Quad Citizen.  Claire is a founding member of Empower House and currently serves as the Executive Director.  At St. Ambrose University, she studied psychology and Speech-Language Pathology and later completed her Masters of Nonprofit Administration at the University of Notre Dame.  Prior to her work at Empower House, Claire worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in both group and individual settings.  Presently, Claire serves on the board of the Better Health Foundation and acts as the Vice President of the Motto Family Foundation.  Claire and her husband, Griffin, are passionate about giving back to the Quad Cities community.
