Meet Our Board Member

Jennifer Feeney

Jennifer Feeney, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President, Human Resources, for ImpactLife, a community blood center operating in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Originally from St. Louis, MO, she spent her childhood in Florida, Wisconsin, the greater St. Louis area, and benefited from experiencing a diverse mix of people, cultures, and communities. She attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, majoring in Business Management and Finance with a minor in Psychology. After graduation she remained in the Quad Cities and began her career.

A seasoned human resources leader, Jennifer is dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures and driving organizational success. Prior to her current role, she held senior Human Resources positions at Per Mar Security Services and The President Riverboat Casino, where she honed her expertise in HR management and strategic planning. She is past President of the local SHRM Chapter, Great River Human Resources Association, past chair of the HR committee for America’s Blood Centers, and currently serves on the HR committee for the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley. 

Not a native to the Quad Cities, Jennifer experienced firsthand the power of community support as a single mother of two remarkable young women (who are now leaders in their respective professions) and is privileged to “pay it forward” with her work with the Better Health Foundation. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her grandson, hiking, boating, gardening, biking, and supporting Davenport Central music and Iowa football. She resides in Davenport with her husband, Tim.
