Meet Our Board Member

Sandi Deke

"It’s about people, not just talent.” This is the motto Sandi recruited by as the National Tax Recruiting leader for Ernst & Young. She spent more than a decade recruiting a range of high level experienced professionals and supporting cutting - edge initiatives. Her CV includes graduate placement for a private engineering college, for which she spent a week on the campus of the CIA, consulting on recruiting processes, before building out leadership teams in the SE states for a subsidiary of Caterpillar in Peoria.

Sandi is retired and an active volunteer in her community and also supports the Better Health Foundation as Secretary on the Executive Board and Chair of the Grants committee. She spends her free time with her husband supporting & following their five grandchildren in sports and all activities, as well as traveling.
